Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day plant operations and production.
- Achieve production targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with QA, Testing, Stores, PPC and Dispatch teams.
- Plan and manage manpower as per production requirements.
- Ensure smooth production planning and execution.
- Monitor quality and ensure timely testing of products.
- Ensure timely availability of materials through coordination with Stores and PPC.
- Coordinate with Dispatch for timely delivery of finished products.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety rules and procedures.
- Identify and resolve production and operational issues.
