Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive – International Sales to drive business growth in international markets. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, building relationships, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation channels.
* Research target markets, industries, and potential clients to generate qualified leads.
* Conduct product/service presentations and understand client requirements.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, closure, and follow-up.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM.

Candidate Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
* 1–4 years of experience in International Sales / Business Development / B2B Sales.
* Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in handling international clients, preferably in the IT/Software/Technology industry.
* Good knowledge of lead generation, cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn prospecting.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to work with international time zones.
