Designation ADMIN
Total Experience MIN 4 YEARS Location / Site CtrlS Project, Hyderabad
 Reporting To PROJECT MANAGER
QUALIFICATION Graduate (minimum) 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle day-to-day office/site administration – attendance, leave, timesheets and manpower records – in line with HR policy.
• Support recruitment formalities and onboarding – documentation, ID cards, joining and exit formalities – with the HR team.
• Maintain statutory and contractor records – labour compliance, insurance, licence and permit renewals –and coordinate with authorities.
• Manage local-market matters – vendors for housekeeping, security, canteen, stationery, transport, courier and accommodation.
• Arrange travel, accommodation, vehicles and site logistics; handle petty cash, expense vouchers and bill verification.
• Maintain digital and physical records, the asset register and visitor/gate-pass control.
• Prepare administrative MIS and coordinate with head-office HR, accounts and project teams.
• Handle project-site administration for the CtrlS project – site office, accommodation and local liaison.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
• Knowledge of HR policy and administration
• Local-market dealing; vendor and authority liaison
• Good computer skills – MS Office, MS Excel
• Record keeping and documentation (digital and physical)
• ERP / SAP basics; attendance and payroll inputs
• Basic knowledge of labour laws (PF/ESI, contract labour)
• Coordination, communication and MIS reporting
