Job Description:
Position Project Billing Executive
Department SAP
Location Bilaspur Plant, Haryana
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare project sales orders, delivery documents, A/R invoices, and credit notes in SAP Business One as required by the approved process.
Check customer PO terms, billing milestones, rates, quantities, taxes, retention, advances, and supporting documents before billing.
Maintain the correct job number, project, branch, customer, and item details on each transaction.
Track billed, unbilled, and pending billing values job wise and customer wise.
Reconcile invoices with sales orders, project records, customer statements, and the general ledger. Investigate and resolve differences.
Maintain an audit trail of customer POs, amendments, approvals, invoices, and supporting documents.
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Experience in project billing or commercial operations, preferably in electrical panels, EPC, construction, or manufacturing projects.
Working knowledge of SAP Business One sales and A/R processes.
Understanding of GST invoicing, customer PO terms, milestone billing, and credit notes.
Strong Excel skills and attention to document and value reconciliation.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and meet billing deadlines.
