Job Description:
- Send legal notices to the defaulters, NPA’s, Bad debts and Disposal loss booked contracts and recovery of the dues.
- Keep all the details of Unsolvable, bad debt, disposal contracts pertaining to the branches under purview.
- Initiate and manage legal proceedings against defaulting borrowers, including filing suits and executing warrants
- Handle secured property enforcement, asset possessions, and auction proceedings under the SARFAESI Act.
- Oversee cheque bounce cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, arbitration, and debt recovery tribunal proceedings
