Jr.Engineer – Design & Engineering(Draftman)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed design drawings aligned with architectural design intent.
• Prepare accurate shop drawings based on final site measurements.
• Coordinate effectively with Designers and Project Managers for timely submissions and approvals.
• Ensure all site drawings are submitted and approved within defined timelines.
• Address queries and RFIs raised by site teams promptly.
• Maintain proper change control by recording all design/specification revisions for Commercial and Planning teams.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in AutoCADand Revit.
• Exhibit a proactive, flexible, and self-driven approach to work.
• Possess strong communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
• Stay updated with the latest materials, technologies, and design trends.
• Be adaptable to work across office and site environments.
• Efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Additional Requirements

• Prior experience working on high-end luxury residential projectsis mandatory.
• Preference for candidates with an Architecture background.
• Candidates with a stable career history will be highly preferred.
• Target profiles from reputed fit-out companies(preferably with experience in firms like Depa or similar organizations).
