Job Description:
Position: Production Incharge (Paint Shop)
Location: Vapi
Experience: 5 - 8 Years
Industries: Automobile
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day production activities for metallizing and painting processes.
- Plan production as per customer requirements and production targets.
- Handle manpower allocation and monitor operator performance.
- Ensure proper machine operation, process parameters, and production schedules.
- Monitor quality of metallized and painted products and minimize rejection/rework.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.
- Ensure proper material availability and timely completion of production.
- Maintain production records, reports, and process documentation.
- Implement 5S, safety, and housekeeping practices on the shop floor.
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions to improve productivity.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in Paint shop & Metalizing Quality
- Strong analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of SAP will be plus point.
Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Electrical/Mechanical
Salary: - Upto 9.00 LPA
