About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales / Dealing Manager for a leading broking firm in Kolkata, with a strong existing network of HNI/UHNI clients, Family Offices, investors and business owners.

The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, trading/dealing and revenue generation from the HNI and Family Office segment.

Key Responsibilities
Leverage existing relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and Family Offices to generate business.
Independently approach and acquire new HNI/Family Office clients.
Manage and develop long-term relationships with existing clients.
Handle client requirements related to equity trading, investments and capital markets.
Execute and coordinate client orders/trades as per company and regulatory guidelines.
Generate revenue through broking and other financial products/services.
Provide regular market updates and coordinate with the Research team for relevant client inputs.
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Coordinate with Operations, RMS, Research and other internal teams for smooth client servicing.
Maintain client relationships, business pipeline and revenue targets.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Stock Broking, Wealth Management, Private Banking or Capital Markets.
Existing HNI/UHNI and Family Office client network is mandatory.
Should be able to independently approach their existing HNI/Family Office contacts for business.
Strong knowledge of Equity Markets, Trading, Demat and Broking Products.
Proven track record in HNI client acquisition and revenue generation.
Excellent communication, relationship management and negotiation skills.
Strong business development and client servicing capabilities.
Candidates currently working with broking/wealth management firms will be preferred.
