Hiring for Metallurgist Manager in Aurangabad
Position: Metallurgist Manager
Desired Experience: Min 6 Years experience in a Manufacturing company preferably in a Forge industry, Gears Industry.
Skills Set required:
- Selection of samples and Inspection as per defined procedure.
- Maintain Equipment condition and calibration, Stock of chemicals and consumables in Lab.
- Metallurgical Analysis for new product development, Competitors product and Failure Analysis.
- Develop and standardize new/modified methods of Inspection.
- Ensure Compliance to safety systems in line with company standards.
- Maintain Calibration, Quality records as per defined system. Conduct supplier audits for Quality Systems.
- Procurement of required chemicals, spares and equipment’s.
- To ensure product conformance in line with internal/customer standards.
- Based on priorities from planning inspection and communicate results
Good communication skills especially with all the customers (Internal & External).
People Management skills
