💼 Position: Jr. IT & Application Support Engineer
📍 Location: Daman
💰 Salary: ₹2.60 – ₹3.60 LPA
🎓 Qualification: BCA / B.Sc. IT / B.Sc. Computer Science / BE/B.Tech (IT/CS) / Relevant Diploma
💼 Experience: 0–2 Years
🕘 Working Time: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
📅 Working Days: 6 Days

🔧 Job Responsibilities:
• Desktop/laptop, Windows, software & printer troubleshooting
• Basic LAN, Wi-Fi, internet & network support
• Software installation and configuration
• Coordinate with external IT vendors
• Support internal applications such as HR, Leave Management & QA/QC systems
• Assist in coding, testing, debugging and application maintenance
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT & Claude for coding/problem-solving
• Gradually take ownership of internally developed applications
💻 Required Skills:
✅ Windows & hardware/software troubleshooting
✅ Basic networking knowledge
✅ Basic programming/coding & logical understanding
✅ Basic SQL/database knowledge
✅ Comfortable understanding and troubleshooting code
✅ Python / JavaScript / HTML / CSS / APIs / Git – added advantage
✅ Comfortable using AI tools for coding and problem-solving
✅ Good learning ability and hands-on troubleshooting approach
