Marketing Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Team Leader with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the woven garment export industry.

The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing buyer relationships, generating new business opportunities, leading the marketing team, and achieving sales targets. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve business and sales targets.

2. Develop and implement marketing strategies for woven garment exports.

3. Identify and develop new buyers, markets and business opportunities.

4. Maintain strong relationships with existing international buyers and clients.

5. Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, production and export departments.

6. Handle buyer enquiries, costing, price negotiations and order confirmations.

7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.

8. Follow up on orders, production status, shipment schedules and customer feedback.

9. Prepare marketing reports, sales forecasts and business development plans.

10. Ensure timely communication and effective coordination between buyers and internal 

Required Skills: 

• Minimum 6 years of experience in garment export marketing, preferably in woven garments.

• Strong knowledge of woven fabrics, garment construction, costing and export procedures.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

• Good knowledge of international buyers and garment export markets.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office and ERP systems.

• Ability to lead a team and achieve business targets.
