Job Description:
Position: Die Fitter
Job Location: Khera Khurrampur, Farrukhnagar, Haryana – 122506
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma
Job Responsibilities

Perform fitting, assembly, maintenance, and repair of dies, moulds, and related tooling.

Read and understand engineering drawings, die drawings, and technical specifications.

Carry out die setting, fitting, alignment, and adjustment as required.

Identify and rectify die-related issues during production to minimize downtime.

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of dies and tooling.

Conduct grinding, drilling, filing, polishing, and other fitting operations.

Check dimensions and accuracy using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.

Coordinate with the Production and Tool Room teams for smooth production operations.

Maintain proper records of die maintenance, repairs, modifications, and replacement of components.

Follow safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Die Fitter in an automotive, sheet metal, press shop, or manufacturing environment.

ITI / Diploma in Fitter, Tool & Die, Mechanical, or related trade will be preferred.

Good knowledge of press dies, tooling, die fitting, and maintenance.

Ability to independently identify and troubleshoot die-related problems.

Good understanding of measuring instruments and basic engineering drawings.

Strong focus on quality, safety, and production requirements.
