JOB TITLE: Client Servicing & Business Development Manager

DEPARTMENT: Business Development / Client Servicing

REPORTING TO: CEO

JOB SUMMARY:
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring successful execution of retail and commercial interior projects. The role will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

• Identify potential retail and commercial clients through market research, networking, and references.

• Pitch the company's interior and fit-out solutions to brands, corporates, architects, and consultants.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and project bids in coordination with estimation and design teams.

• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to generate new business.

CLIENT SERVICING:

• Act as the single point of contact for clients during pre-sales and project execution.

• Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure client requirements are met.

• Monitor project progress and regularly update clients on timelines, changes, and deliverables.

• Resolve client concerns, escalations, and change requests promptly and professionally.

• Collect client feedback and work towards improving client experience and retention.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. MBA preferred.

• 3–6 years of experience in client servicing or business development, preferably in interior fit-outs, retail projects, or architecture.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working with retail clients, architects, real estate developers, or brand managers.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and client expectations simultaneously.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and visiting client or project sites when required.

• Knowledge of fit-out timelines, material selection, and basic interior execution is an advantage.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho or Salesforce.

• Understanding of commercial negotiations and contract terms.

• Strong industry network, especially in retail or F&B sectors.

• Creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills.

WORKING HOURS: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

WEEKLY OFF: Second and Fourth Saturday + Sunday

Relocation allowed for candidates willing to shift to Gurgaon.
