Manager-Maintenance (Kushkhera)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function for plant machinery, equipment, utilities and infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum equipment availability, reducing breakdowns and implementing preventive/predictive maintenance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the overall plant maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical and utility equipment.
Plan and implement Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown Maintenance.
Ensure maximum machine availability and minimum downtime.
Analyze equipment breakdowns and conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
Develop and monitor PM schedules, maintenance plans and checklists.
Monitor MTBF, MTTR, downtime and maintenance KPIs.
Manage maintenance of production machinery, compressors, DG sets, pumps, HVAC, electrical systems and other utilities.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores and Engineering teams for smooth plant operations.
Plan and control maintenance spares and inventory.
Manage external vendors/contractors for maintenance and specialized jobs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements and maintenance procedures.
Lead Kaizen, TPM, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, energy saving and improvement in equipment reliability.
Manage and develop the maintenance team through training and performance monitoring.
Prepare maintenance reports, budgets and CAPEX proposals.
