Job Overview:

UBP.ONE is looking for a SketchUp Modeler with around 1- 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of 3D modeling, architectural drawings, and visualization using SketchUp. This role involves creating accurate 3D models based on design concepts, CAD drawings, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and modify 3D models using SketchUp based on architectural or design drawings.
• Convert 2D drawings into detailed 3D models.
• Apply basic materials, textures, and components to models.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and project teams to understand modeling requirements.
• Maintain organized model files and project documentation.
• Make revisions to models based on feedback from the team.
• Ensure models are accurate and aligned with project specifications.

Required Skills:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SketchUp.
• Understanding of architectural drawings and 3D visualization.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (basic) is an added advantage.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2years of experience in SketchUp modeling or similar 3D software.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Knowledge of V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape for rendering.
• Basic understanding of interior or architectural design concepts.
