Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Production Planning Executive with hands-on experience in Narrow Web Flexo Printing. The candidate should have strong knowledge of production planning, flexographic printing processes, and finishing operations to ensure smooth production, timely delivery, and optimal utilization of resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with printing, finishing, quality control, and dispatch teams to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of Narrow Web Flexo Printing processes and finishing operations.
- Monitor production progress, machine utilization, material availability, and job priorities.
- Ensure proper planning of printing jobs, including job sequencing, changeovers, and production scheduling.
- Coordinate with stores and procurement teams for the timely availability of raw materials, inks, labels, and other consumables.
- Monitor production efficiency, minimize material wastage, and reduce machine downtime.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, production targets, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain production reports, job cards, and other relevant documentation.
- Identify production bottlenecks and coordinate with the concerned teams to implement corrective actions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in production planning within the Narrow Web Flexo Printing or label manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience and strong technical knowledge of flexographic printing.
- Excellent understanding of printing and finishing operations.
- Knowledge of production scheduling, job planning, material management, and workflow coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and meet tight delivery deadlines.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 3,500 +, depending on experience and suitability.
- Other benefits as per company policy.
Preference: Candidates with direct experience in Narrow Web Flexo Printing and self-adhesive label manufacturing will be preferred.
