Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and execute daily production activities as per production schedules.

Manage the manufacturing and assembly of automation equipment, machines, and control systems.

Ensure timely completion of production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and assembly drawings.

Coordinate with design, electrical, mechanical, and quality teams to resolve production issues.

Monitor machine assembly, installation, testing, and commissioning activities, as applicable.

Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.

Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and machinery.

Maintain production reports, work orders, material consumption records, and other documentation.

Follow safety standards, 5S practices, and company quality procedures.

Coordinate with the purchase and stores departments to ensure the availability of raw materials and components.
