Production Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Narrow Web Flexo Printing Operator with hands-on experience in flexographic printing and label production. The ideal candidate should have sound technical knowledge of printing machinery, colour matching, print quality, and finishing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up narrow web flexographic printing machines for label and packaging production.

• Perform machine setup, plate mounting, ink preparation, and colour registration.

• Ensure accurate colour matching, print quality, and consistency throughout production runs.

• Monitor printing parameters and adjust machine settings to minimise wastage and downtime.

• Troubleshoot printing defects such as misregistration, ink smudging, colour variation, and uneven printing.

• Carry out routine machine cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.

• Coordinate with the production and quality teams to meet production targets and delivery schedules.

• Maintain quality standards and follow workplace safety procedures.

• Assist with finishing operations such as die-cutting, slitting, and rewinding, as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Narrow Web Flexo Printing.

• Practical knowledge of flexographic printing machines and label printing processes.

• Understanding of inks, printing plates, substrates, colour registration, and print quality control.

• Ability to identify and resolve common printing defects.

• Knowledge of finishing operations will be an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 3,500+ per month, depending on experience and skills.

• Other benefits as per UAE labour law and company policy.
