Role Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and driving plot sales activities in Chengalpattu. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and supporting the sales process through effective follow-ups and customer interactions.

KRA: Task / Activities

• Drive sales activities for residential plots.
• Identify and engage with prospective customers to understand their property requirements.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers to support sales conversions.
• Handle customer interactions throughout the sales process.
• Manage plot sales activities across Chengalpattu.

KPI: Performance Metrics

• Achieve sales targets of 2000 sq. Ft. per month.
• Convert 100% of leads with a 5% successful sales conversion target. .
• Maintain overall sales performance across the assigned location.

• Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in plot sales.
