About Company

We are engaged in executing engineering and industrial projects, including Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) activities for major industrial clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall execution of the EPC project at the project site.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

• Ensure project completion within the approved schedule, budget, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with the client, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.

• Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and statutory requirements.

• Monitor project progress, resolve site-related issues, and implement corrective actions.

• Manage manpower, equipment, materials, and other site resources efficiently.

• Review project schedules, progress reports, technical documentation, and execution plans.

• Ensure timely reporting to management and maintain effective communication with the client.

• Lead project meetings and ensure smooth coordination among all departments.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience, including at least 5 years in water, wastewater, desalination, or related EPC projects.

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.

• Strong experience in EPC project execution, site management, and multidisciplinary coordination.

• Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, manpower, quality, and safety.

• Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work full-time at the project site in Assam.
