Qualification : B.Tech in Electrical Engineering / Diploma in Electrical

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Panel Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing control panels, preparing drawings and documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop electrical control panels (LT, HT, PLC, MCC, PCC, APFC, VFD panels) as per project requirements.
* Create detailed schematic and GA drawings using AutoCAD / EPLAN.
* Develop and review BOMs (Bill of Materials) and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
* Ensure design compliance with applicable IEC/IS standards and client specifications.
* Collaborate with sales, procurement, and production teams for project execution.
* Support costing and estimation for new design inquiries.
* Maintain documentation and revision control for all projects.
* Participate in design reviews, testing, and troubleshooting during panel assembly.

Skills & Competencies:

* Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical / EPLAN
* Knowledge of SolidWorks electrical (added advantage)
* Understanding of control philosophy, protection schemes, cable sizing, and component selection
* Familiarity with standards like IEC, IS, and NEC
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good communication and team collaboration
