Job Description:
Title Position : Assistant Manager Electrical & Electronics of a Manufacturing
unit.
Job Location : Hyderabad (Near Airport/Fab city)(Beside - Srisailam Highway)
Role Description :
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all electrical installations, machinery,
panels, motors, transformers, DG sets and related equipment.
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize equipment
downtime.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical safety laws, the Factories Act /
Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, applicable
Telangana Factory Rules, and Central Electricity Authority safety regulations,
as applicable.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, earthing, wiring, circuit
breakers and electrical protection devices.
- Maintain electrical maintenance records, inspection reports, equipment logs
and statutory documents.
- Ensure the availability and proper use of electrical PPE, tools and safety
equipment.
- Coordinate with authorized electrical contractors and competent/licensed
personnel for electrical repairs, testing and statutory inspections.
- Investigate electrical incidents, identify root causes and implement corrective
and preventive actions.
- Ensure proper isolation and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures before
maintenance activities.
- Support energy conservation initiatives and ensure compliance with electrical
safety audit observations.
Experience :
10+ years ( In capacity of a electrical professional)
Qualifications :
Electrical Education : Candidate with Electrical Supervisory license would be
preferred.
Basic Education : Btech or BE in Electrical / Electronics / Diploma in Electrical
Language Known : English & Hindi
