Sr. Talent Acquisition/HR Recruitment- Real Estate Industry - Navi Mumbai ( Juinagar)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

•  Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned business verticals and functions.
•  Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and create effective sourcing strategies.
•  Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking channels.
•  Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
•  Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
•  Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
•  Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
•  Manage offer rollout, salary negotiations, and candidate onboarding coordination.
•  Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain strong employer branding.
•  Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
•  Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers
•  Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
•  Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
•  Support employer branding activities through job postings, social media engagement, and recruitment campaigns.
•  Generate periodic recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to management.

•  Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
•  Experience in lateral, bulk, and campus hiring.
•  Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals.
•  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
