Service Engineer
Department: Service
Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Delhi NCR / Client Sites
Key Responsibilities
* Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of VFD/AC Drives and automation systems.
* Attend customer breakdown calls and provide timely technical support.
* Handle AMC, preventive maintenance, and service visits.
* Troubleshoot VFD faults, parameters, control circuits, and communication issues.
* Read and understand electrical drawings and control wiring.
* Prepare service reports after site visits.
* Coordinate with Sales and Service teams for customer requirements.
* Travel to customer sites as required.
Requirements
* Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in VFDs, industrial automation, or electrical service.
* Good troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.
* Willingness to travel to customer locations.
