Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Network & Infrastructure Engineer with hands-on experience in network security migration, enterprise networking, storage solutions, and virtualization technologies. The ideal candidate should have practical experience managing, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support Palo Alto to Fortinet firewall migration, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Arista switches and enterprise network infrastructure.
Manage and support Aruba wireless networking solutions.
Administer and support Nimble Storage and Pure Storage systems.
Manage VMware virtualization environments, including virtual machine administration and troubleshooting.
Monitor network performance, resolve infrastructure incidents, and ensure system availability.
Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, patching, and infrastructure health checks.
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues and maintain network security.
Prepare technical documentation, migration plans, configuration records, and incident reports.
Provide infrastructure support during USA working hours.
Required Technical Skills
Network Security: Palo Alto and Fortinet firewall migration and support.
Switching: Arista switches.
Wireless Networking: Aruba wireless solutions.
Storage: HPE Nimble Storage and Pure Storage.
Virtualization: VMware vSphere/ESXi and virtual machine management.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Hands-on experience with the above technologies in an enterprise IT environment.
Practical experience in firewall migration and infrastructure support.
Ability to troubleshoot complex network, storage, and virtualization issues.
Willingness to work in a USA shift.
