Sr RevOps Architect

Job Description:

- Time zone: 5 pm - 2am IST

- Experience: 8+ years after passing education should be there and relevant to revops as well
- Tech stack: Salesforce (SFDC), Gainsight, Mindtickle, JIRA, Claude

WHAT THE ROLE DOES
The candidate will design the future-state RevOps / GTM Ops architecture across Salesforce, Gainsight, Claude, Mindtickle, JIRA, reporting and data workflows. They will own solution design for process flows, system handoffs, account hierarchy logic, the dedupe approach and AI-enabled workflow architecture.

This is an ARCHITECT role. We need someone who has designed GTM systems, not someone who only administered or delivered them.

MUST-HAVES
1. Salesforce at architecture level: has designed data models, account hierarchy logic and dedupe/matching strategy. Evidence of tools like LeanData, RingLead, DemandTools or Traction Complete is a strong signal.
2. Cross-system GTM design: has designed handoffs across Sales, Customer Success and enablement systems (e.g. Sales to CS via Gainsight), not only Marketing to Sales.
3. Solution design ownership: current-state / future-state mapping, design documents and requirements that they personally authored.
4. 8+ years of relevant RevOps / GTM systems experience.

STRONG PLUS
- Hands-on Gainsight experience (actual usage, not just listed)
- Designed AI / LLM-based workflows inside GTM processes (Claude preferred)
- Mindtickle and JIRA exposure
