Job Description:

Position:       Purchase Manager

Location:      Ahmedabad

Experience:   8 - 10 Years

Industries:    Pharma

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end pharmaceutical purchasing activities, including raw materials, packing materials, consumables, and other plant requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, price negotiations, purchase orders, and timely material delivery.
• Handle vendor liaison, supplier coordination, and follow-ups to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Work on SAP for purchase operations, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor records, and procurement documentation.
• Manage and maintain CPAX-related purchasing activities as per company procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Finance departments to ensure material availability.
• Ensure cost-effective procurement, vendor compliance, and adherence to company policies and pharmaceutical quality standards.
• SAP Purchase, Capex Purchase, vendor management, liaising, negotiation, procurement planning, and pharmaceutical purchasing.

Requirements : 

• Knowledge of SAP Purchase, Capex Purchase, vendor management,liaising.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability.
• Knowledge of Pharma products, Negotiating skills.
• Must be fluent in English and familiar with MS Word, Excel, Power point . 

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 15.00 LPA
