We are currently hiring for the position of Regional Sales Manager – International Markets for our client in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Position: Regional Sales Manager – International Markets
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 10–15 years
Industry: Oil & Gas, EPC, Petrochemical, Energy, Power, Marine, and Industrial Supply
Travel: Frequent international travel (40–60%)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities across Europe, Western Markets, CIS countries, India, Southeast Asia, Africa, and Western Saudi Arabia.
• Identify and secure business opportunities with EPC contractors, end users, OEMs, and industrial clients.
• Drive sales of industrial piping products, including pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, structural steel, mechanical equipment, and engineered packages.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and manage the sales pipeline and CRM.
• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships while coordinating with Procurement, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance teams.
• Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence reports, and business development plans.

Candidate Requirements:

• 10–15 years of industrial B2B sales experience, including at least 7 years in the Oil & Gas/EPC supply industry.
• Proven international business development and sales experience.
• An established network of EPC contractors and industrial clients.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and key account management skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred; an MBA would be an advantage.
• Candidates currently working with industrial piping, valves, fittings, flanges, structural steel, mechanical equipment, or related industrial supply companies are preferred.
