Warehouse Manager cum Accountant
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials.

Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.

Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.

Ensure proper storage, material identification, and stock arrangement.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase department for replenishment.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

Ensure timely material issuance to production or other departments.

Coordinate with transporters, vendors, purchase, production, and dispatch teams.

Maintain inward and outward registers, GRN, delivery challans, and other warehouse documentation.

Follow FIFO/FEFO methods wherever applicable.

Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper utilization of storage space.
