Job Description:
Position: CNC Turning Machine Operator / Setter
- Location: Kothur, Hyderabad, Telangana
- Salary Range: Up to ₹4.20 LPA
- Industry: Manufacturing / Aerospace / Auto Components / Heavy Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation & Setup: Independently set up and operate CNC Turning Centers / Lathes using FANUC control systems.
- Tooling & Offsets: Select proper cutting tools, mount work-holding fixtures/chucks, and perform precise tool setting along with tool wear/geometry offset adjustments
Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification)
Experience: 2 to 7 years of hands-on experience specifically operating and setting CNC turning or turn-mill machines.
