Job Summary:
We are looking for an active and dedicated CNC / VMC Machine Operator to join our production team in Katargam, Surat. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC/VMC machines, loading materials, running jobs according to specifications, and maintaining continuous quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC / VMC machines as per production plans and guidance.

Load raw materials and set up tooling and fixtures safely.

Perform basic dimensional checks and inspections using precision tools (verniers, micrometers, height gauges).

Monitor machine operations to detect any errors, malfunctions, or tool wear.

Maintain clean, organized workstations and perform basic regular machine maintenance/cleaning.

Report daily production output, errors, or material defects to the supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: ITI (Machinist/Fitter/Turner) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Experience: 0.5 to 1 year of practical experience operating CNC or VMC machines.

Basic understanding of machine controls, tool changing, and offset adjustments.

Ability to read basic engineering drawings/blueprints.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Job Position: Head of Machine Department / Machining Supervisor

Location: Katargam, Surat, Gujarat

Experience: 0.5 – 1 Year (Junior/Assistant Level) or open to candidates with solid hands-on CNC/VMC technical background looking to take on department lead responsibilities.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic candidate to oversee and coordinate day-to-day machine shop operations in Katargam, Surat. As the Head of the Machine Department, you will manage production schedules, guide operators, ensure quality output, and optimize machine utilization.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee daily production activities across CNC/VMC machines.

Assign jobs to machine operators and ensure production targets and timelines are met.

Monitor product quality, inspect finished components, and minimize cycle times/rejections.

Supervise machine maintenance schedules, tool inventory, and raw material availability.

Troubleshoot operational issues on machines and guide operators during setups.

Maintain daily production logs, machine uptime reports, and report directly to management.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering.

Experience: 0.5 to 1 year of hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machine shop operations with strong leadership initiative.

Good knowledge of CNC/VMC programming/operating fundamentals, tooling, and inspection equipment.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Effective local communication skills (Gujarati / Hindi).
