Position: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Banglore, Coimbator, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi
Industry: Housing Finance Company (HFC)
Reporting To: CEO/ Business Head
Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic professional to drive regional business growth, lead branch team and
strengthen sourcing for home loan.
Key Responsibilities
Expanding affordable market across region & Drive sales and disbursement targets for home loans.
Build strong sales distribution channel through direct source & DSA.
Manager and mentor the branch team for effective business delivery
Recruit right talent
Monitor TAT from login to disbursement to improve the process
Work closely with Credit, Operations & Collection team to maintain healthy portfolio and low NPA.
Education – Minimum Graduate (in any stream)
Experience – 12 to 20 years (should have team handling experience of min – 8 years
