Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tendering Executive to handle tender documentation, BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, vendor coordination, and technical documentation. The candidate will ensure accurate and timely tender submissions while supporting contract documentation and pre-contract activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Review tender documents, drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.

2. Prepare BOQs and perform quantity take-offs from project drawings.

3. Analyze BOQs and obtain quotations from vendors and suppliers.

4. Prepare and manage RFQs, RFIs, and technical documentation.

5. Coordinate with clients and vendors to obtain project-related information and quotations.

6. Prepare comparative statements and support bid evaluation.

7. Assist in preparing baseline project schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP).

8. Maintain tender, contract, and procurement-related documentation.

9. Support project handover by sharing tender-related information with execution teams.

10. Ensure timely and compliant tender submissions as per client requirements.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in Civil Engineering, Interior Designing, or Architecture.

Experience Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Tendering, Estimation, or Pre-Contracts within the Design & Build or Construction industry.

• Prior experience in the Design & Build fit-out industry is preferred.
