Job Description:
Mechanical Maintenance Technician
Experience: 2–7 Years
Qualification: ITI – Fitter / Mechanical
Key Responsibilities:
- Breakdown and preventive maintenance of plant machinery.
- Troubleshooting of gearbox, bearing, pump, conveyor, roller, chain, coupling, hydraulic & pneumatic systems.
- Mechanical fitting, assembly/disassembly, alignment and lubrication work.
- Attend breakdowns and ensure quick restoration of machines.
- Assist in RCA, Kaizen and machine improvement activities.
- Follow safety, LOTO and work-permit procedures.
- Willing to work in shifts and attend emergency breakdowns.
Electrical Maintenance Technician
Experience: 2–7 Years
Qualification: ITI – Electrician
Key Responsibilities:
- Breakdown and preventive maintenance of plant machinery and electrical systems.
- Troubleshooting of motors, VFDs, sensors, contactors, relays, MCC/PCC panels and control circuits.
- Electrical wiring, cable termination and panel maintenance.
- Basic troubleshooting of industrial automation systems.
- Maintenance of DG, UPS and other electrical utilities.
- Assist in RCA, Kaizen and machine improvement activities.
- Follow electrical safety, LOTO and work-permit procedures.
- Willing to work in shifts and attend emergency breakdowns.
