Position:        Line Operator - Production

Location:        Bhilad - Vapi

Experience:     2 - 5 Years

Industries:      Cosmetics

Responsibilities:

• Operate production line machinery for cosmetic and personal care products such as creams, lotions, shampoos, soaps, and face washes.
• Handle product filling, capping, labeling, sealing, and packaging operations.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production line operations.
• Check product quantity, packaging quality, and labeling accuracy as per company standards.
• Follow production instructions, SOPs, GMP, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain production records and report machine breakdowns or process issues to the Shift Incharge.
• Ensure proper material handling and minimize product wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness of machines, equipment, and the production area.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping practices.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of cosmetic production and packaging line operations.
• Ability to operate filling, sealing, labeling, and packaging machines.
• Knowledge of GMP, hygiene, and safety practices.
• Ability to work in shifts and coordinate with the production team.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 4.50 LPA
