Job Description:
- Supervise daily jewellery manufacturing and production activities.
- Manage karigars and production staff to achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure product quality, finishing, and timely completion of orders.
- Monitor material usage, wastage, and production efficiency.
- Coordinate with quality, polishing, setting, and other production teams.
- Maintain production records and ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in jewellery manufacturing or production supervision.
- Good knowledge of jewellery production processes and karigar management.
- Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
