Eligibility: Engineer/Diploma Holder/B.Com
Job Summary:
We're seeking a Sr. Sales Engineer / Manager to drive sales growth in the Institutional and Real Estate segment, focusing on Sewage/Water Treatment Plants and Swimming Pools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads and convert opportunities
- Build relationships with Industrial, Institutional clients and real estate developers.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and make presentations.
- Meet sales targets and submit weekly reports.
- Travel extensively within the assigned region (Ahmedabad & surroundings).
Requirements:
- B2B sales experience in the water treatment industry
- Strong technical understanding, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Computer savvy with MS-Office skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling Sewage/Water Treatment Plants and High end Swimming Pools
- Familiarity with institutional/real estate sales and Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra markets
