Job Description:
We have a opening for Asst. Sales Manager/Sales Manager for a Reputed Real Estate Company for Navi Mumbai (Belapur) Location.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Presenting idea to enhance the brand awareness and also to increase the sales.
- Understanding client's need related to real-estate purchase and suggest a good real estate project as per the need.
- Handling international as well as local clients to solve their query and also sell them residential projects in Navi Mumbai/ Mumbai/Thane locations.
- Doing Home Presentation and Office Presentation.
- Making Site visits to clients in Residential Projects of different Reputed Builders.
- Attending Clients in Property Sites.
- Reporting to Head Sales.
Candidates Profile:
- Very Good English Communication.
- Go getting Attitude.
- Self Motivated.
- Ready to do field visit.
Salary: As per Industry Norms+Very Good Incentive+Mobile+Travelling
