About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager – Performance Marketing with strong hands-on experience in real estate lead generation. The role will focus on campaign execution, optimization, lead quality, and improving marketing performance across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
 Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
 Generate quality leads for residential and commercial real estate projects across local, Indian, and NRI markets.
 Monitor and optimize CPL, CPQL, lead quality, site visits, bookings, and ROI.
 Manage campaign targeting, bidding, audiences, keywords, creatives, and landing- page performance.
 Analyse campaign and project-level data and implement performance improvements.
 Work closely with Sales, CRM, Creative, and Business teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
 Manage campaign tracking, UTMs, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
 Train, mentor, and upskill team members on campaign execution, optimization, platform updates, and best practices.
 Coordinate with agencies and guide junior team members.

Candidate Profile
 4+ years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
 Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
 Real estate lead-generation experience is highly preferred.
 Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics.
 Experience managing multiple campaigns/projects.
 Strong analytical, optimization, and problem-solving skills.
 Experience in team training, mentoring, or coordination.
