Supplier End Coordinator – Pressing Parts

Job Description:

Job Title: Supplier End Coordinator – Pressing Parts.
Location: Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra
Experience: Freshers Welcome

Key Responsibilities :

A. Production Planning & Follow-up

• Monitor production progress for 50+ pressing part items.
• Coordinate daily and weekly production plans with the supplier. 
• Ensure material availability as per Newtek Electricals' requirements.
• Track pending items, urgent requirements, and delivery schedules.

B. Quality Inspection:

• Inspect pressing parts against approved drawings and specifications.
• Check dimensions, hole positions, bending, punching, and other critical parameters.
• Identify defective, damaged, and non-conforming materials.
• Coordinate corrective actions with the supplier's quality team.

C. Stock Management :

• Maintain item-wise stock records, including ready stock, WIP (Work in Progress), rejected stock, and pending material. 
• Prepare and share daily stock reports with Newtek Electricals' Purchase / Store Department. 
• Identify and report shortages in advance.

D. Packing & Dispatch:

• Ensure appropriate packing to prevent damage, rust, and deformation.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, identification labels, and packing conditions before dispatch.
• Coordinate transporter arrangements and dispatch schedules. 
• Confirm dispatch details with the Newtek Electricals team.

E. Reporting & Coordination:

• Prepare daily production, quality, stock, and dispatch reports. 
• Coordinate with Purchase, Store, Production, Quality, and supplier teams.
• Escalate production delays, quality concerns, and material shortages promptly. 
• Maintain accurate records using MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Monitor production and follow up on 50+ pressing part items.
- Inspect parts as per engineering drawings and quality standards.
- Maintain stock records and prepare daily reports.
- Coordinate packing, dispatch, and material availability.
- Follow up with the supplier and coordinate with Purchase, Store, and Quality teams.

Eligibility & Skills:

- ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or relevant trade.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
- Basic MS Excel skills and good coordination abilities.
- Candidates residing in Ahilyanagar will be preferred.
