Site Engineer
Job Description:
. Position: Site Supervisor
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in real estate construction
- Project Experience: Must have worked on residential high-rise buildings with at least 22 floors
- Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of civil work, site execution, and construction activities
- Reporting To: Chief Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily on-site civil construction activities
- Monitor labour productivity and contractor work
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and instructions from the Chief Engineer
- Maintain construction quality and follow safety procedures
- Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure smooth site operations
📍 Job Requirements
- Candidates must have prior experience in real estate construction
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience is mandatory
- Experience in 22-floor residential high-rise construction is essential
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site management
- Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice will be preferred
💰 Salary & Working Hours – Site Supervisor
- Salary: ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month (negotiable for deserving candidates)
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
