Position:      Asst. Manager - Machine Shop

Location:        Daman

Experience:    10 -12 Years

Industries:     Engineering

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily machine shop operations.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule and quality standards
• Optimize utilization of machines, manpower, tools, and materials
• Implement and monitor Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen
• Control manufacturing costs, scrap, rework, and downtime
• Lead, train, and develop machine shop supervisors, engineers, and operators
• Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Stores
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental norms
• Monitor machine maintenance and breakdown reduction
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to quality systems

• Expertise in scheduling, problem-solving, project management, cost control

• Strong knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, process planning, etc
• Building relationships, active listening, and openness to ideas. 

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech  - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 9.50 LPA
