regions.
Set region-, cluster- and ERP-level targets; track daily and review weekly/monthly.

installation.
Define optical power budgets and Rx/Tx thresholds; run periodic network health audits.
Design solutions for new geographies, high-density clusters (MDUs, societies) and capacity
upgrades.
Partner governance and capability
Guide, supervise and audit ERPs and technicians to company standards, without direct authority
over them.
Build partner scorecards, SLAs, escalation matrices and incentive/penalty levers.
Run training and certification for ERP technicians; technically onboard new ERPs.
Technical leadership and team
Act as senior escalation point for complex faults across OLT, ONU, MPLS switches and the optical
layer, at hardware and firmware level.
Build fault playbooks and knowledge bases from RCA learnings.
Lead, hire and develop a large pan-regional team of Network Managers and Field Engineers.
Work with NOC, Core Network, Customer Service, Sales and Partner Business teams; report
