A leading manufacturing organization is looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant for the position of Senior Manager / AGM – Finance in Gurgaon, Haryana. Key Responsibilities

1. Cash Flow and Financial Planning

• Prepare and monitor cash flow statements, forecasts, and fund utilization plans.

• Ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational and financial obligations.

• Analyze financial performance and support management decision-making.

2. Working Capital Management

• Monitor working capital requirements and optimize the utilization of funds.

• Review receivables, payables, inventory, and cash flow cycles.

• Coordinate with internal departments to improve working capital efficiency.

3. Banking and Funding Operations

• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.

• Coordinate fund-based and non-fund-based credit facilities.

• Prepare funding documentation, loan reports, and banking submissions.

• Support credit limit renewals and other banking requirements.

4. CMA Data and Financial Projections

• Prepare Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) data and financial projections.

• Develop financial reports required by banks and financial institutions.

• Analyze financial information to support funding assessments.

5. Credit Rating and Forex Management

• Coordinate with credit rating agencies for reviews and assessments.

• Provide financial information and documentation for credit rating exercises.

• Handle foreign exchange bookings and coordinate forex transactions.

6. Financial Reporting and Balance Sheet Review

• Review balance sheets and other financial statements.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reports.

• Prepare financial analysis and management reports.

7. Audit and Compliance

• Coordinate internal and statutory audits.

• Liaise with auditors and provide required financial documentation.

• Support compliance with applicable accounting and reporting requirements.

8. MIS, SAP and Financial Analysis

• Prepare MIS reports, management presentations, and financial analyses.

• Use advanced Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.

• Utilize SAP for finance-related activities and financial data management.

• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.

• 10–12 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts.

• Manufacturing industry experience is strongly preferred.

• Experience in a large organization with substantial business turnover is desirable.

• Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting, CMA projections, and working capital management.

• Experience in banking, funding documentation, and credit rating coordination.

• Exposure to forex bookings and financial reporting.

• Working knowledge of SAP, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
