Job Description:

Position:      QC Inspector

Location:      Ankleshwar

Experience:  0 - 2 Years

Industries:    Plastic

Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and finished plastic products.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to identify defects such as cracks, scratches, flash, and color variations.
• Conduct quality checks during plastic manufacturing and moulding processes.
• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and weighing scales.
• Maintain inspection reports, rejection records, and quality documentation.
• Identify defective products and coordinate with the Production Department for corrective actions.
• Ensure products meet defined quality standards and customer specifications.
• Follow quality procedures and maintain proper inspection records.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes.
• Visual inspection and defect identification.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments.
• Basic understanding of quality control procedures.
• Inspection report preparation and documentation.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of 5S and quality standards.

Required Qualification: - B.Sc - Chemistry
