Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT Specialist to help test, implement, and manage new AI tools and software across various departments, This role will focus on evaluating emerging AI tools, integrating AI solutions into our workflows, and ensuring smooth deployment of software that enhances efficiency in sales, marketing, operations, and customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, problem-solving mindset, and
experience in AI-driven tools, software integration, and IT support.
Key Responsibilities:
● AI & Software Implementation: Research, test, and deploy AI tools and automation solutions across different teams.
● System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of AI tools with existing CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms.
● Testing & Optimization: Conduct pilot programs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
● User Support & Training: Assist employees in adopting new technologies, providing technical support and documentation.
● Security & Compliance: Ensure that all new software meets company security standards and compliance regulations.
● Collaboration: Work with department heads to identify tech-driven solutions for improving efficiency and decision-making.
● Process Automation: Identify repetitive tasks and implement automation solutions to reduce manual workload.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, software implementation, or AI technology
integration.
2. Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation software, and cloud-based
applications.
3. Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and database management
(SQL, NoSQL, etc.).
4. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages is a plus.
5. Experience with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), ERP systems, and workflow
automation tools.
6. Familiarity with AI-driven analytics, chatbots, and machine learning applications.
7. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and work across departments.
9. Good communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing, machinery, or B2B industries is a plus
Background in IT project management or digital transformation initiatives.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for AI and cloud-based applications.
