Position:        Production Supervisor

Location:        Daman

Experience:    2 - 4 Years

Industries:     Pharma 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities as per the production plan and schedule.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and safety standards.
• Handle batch manufacturing, equipment operation, and in-process activities.
• Ensure proper documentation of batch manufacturing records (BMR) and production reports.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth production operations.
• Monitor manpower allocation, productivity, and production targets.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, housekeeping, and safety requirements in the production area.
• Identify process deviations and report issues to the Production Manager.
• Ensure proper material handling and minimize production wastage.

 Required Skills

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and GMP.
• Understanding of SOPs, BMR, and batch processing.
• Manpower handling and production planning.
• Problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and documentation practices.

Required Qualification: - B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 4.50 LPA
