Job Description:
We are seeking two skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineers with a strong background in CNC Grinding machines to join our engineering team. The ideal candidates will hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing CNC grinding equipment to ensure minimal downtime and maximum production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Maintenance: Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance specifically for high-precision CNC grinding machines.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults swiftly.
- Control Systems: Work comfortably with CNC controllers (such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi) to diagnose system errors.
- Spare Parts Management: Maintain inventory of critical machine spares to minimize MTTR (Mean Time to Repair).
- Documentation: Keep precise logs of breakdown history, maintenance checklists, and root cause analysis (RCA) reports.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with standard industrial safety protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of core experience in the maintenance of CNC grinding machines (e.g., cylindrical, surface, centerless, or internal grinding).
