Store keeper

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and organized Store Keeper with good knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and store operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Excel and capable of managing multiple products efficiently while maintaining accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials.

• Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, returns, and current inventory levels.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials to avoid shortages.

• Handle and maintain inventory records for multiple products and product categories.

• Perform regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with system records.

• Maintain proper documentation, including delivery notes, goods receipt notes, invoices, and stock registers.

• Use MS Excel to maintain inventory reports, stock statements, and daily or monthly reports.

• Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and organization of materials.

• Coordinate with procurement, production, and other departments for material requirements.

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with company procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar inventory management role.

• Good knowledge of stores management, stock control, and inventory procedures.

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.

• Ability to manage multiple products and maintain accurate stock records.

• Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to handle responsibilities independently.
