Job Description:

Position:      Winding Supervisor

Location:      Daman  

Experience:  1 - 2 Years

Industries:    Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily winding activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Monitor winding machine operations and ensure proper handling of materials.
• Guide and allocate work to winding operators as per production requirements.
• Ensure winding quality, accuracy, and adherence to technical specifications.
• Check wire winding, coil formation, insulation, and related processes as applicable.
• Coordinate with the Quality and Maintenance departments to resolve production issues.
• Maintain production records, material usage, and rejection reports.
• Ensure workplace safety, 5S, and housekeeping standards

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of winding processes, machines, and tools.
• Ability to manage manpower and monitor production activities.
• Understanding of quality standards and safety procedures.
• Good coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Required Qualification: - Diploma - Electrical

Salary :- Upto 2.40 LPA
